I don’t get it…

No Jewish person would ever want to be a Nazi.
No black person would ever want be a KKK member.
Why do so many gays STILL choose to eat and even work at Chick-fil-A?

Am I saying Chick-fil-A is full of a bunch of Nazi’s or KKK members?
No.
I’m saying anyone who spends a large amount of time, energy, and money (even gay consumer money) to only reproduce hate and prejudice, can’t be a good guy.
They donate thousands & thousands, and at some reports, even millions of dollars annually to anti-gay organizations NOT STRICTLY LIMITED TO ANTI-GAY MARRIAGE, that is a common misconception, anti-gay organizations where some groups feel the need to cleanse you of your illness: homosexuality.

I cannot stress this enough, the Civil rights movement, Womens Rights movement, and the Gay Rights movement started roughly at the same time nearly half a century ago. Blacks came from being considered property in this country, you know, much like your car or your dog, but through blood, sweet, tears and fight have come to be what they are. More equal! Sadly, not completely equal, America is far from perfect, but we have so many notable black artist, iconic figures, and strong political individuals. Up until a few years ago, we had never even had an openly gay mayor… Are you fucking kidding me?

Why are gays a minority with less to show for?

I can only speak for myself, but I truly believe that it is because we are comfortable. You have no idea how many times I hear while I preach on gay marriage to a brother homosexual “Eh, I don’t really want to get married”

That is COMPLETELY irrelevant! “Don’t ask, don’t tell? Eh, he acts pretty straight, he’ll be fine”, “My state doesn’t allow couples to adopt a child? Eh, I didn’t really want kids”. We’ve become so comfortable with this injustice that we don’t feel a need to move.

If you can’t stand up for your own rights to marry any one you love, or issues on adoption, or prejudice acts in our own military, I beg of you to then not stand up for yourself, but stand up for your brothers. There are other gays, your brothers and sisters, whom are victims to these issues and need your and our support. Whether you see it or not is completely irrelevant; THEY ARE THERE!

Chick-fil-A may seem like a wonderful restaurant with wonderful food, but they money you give to them, while satisfying your hunger is harming thousands of individuals across this country and more importantly, as a minority, thousands of my brothers and sisters. If it’s not of importance to you, take a stand, and act on the importance of a brother or sister.

Thank you.

Well, I can’t get married soo… Let’s take a rain check :D

I weight 215 lbs.I don’t have a six pack.I don’t have awesome pecs. No bulging biceps.I’m not a size 26 in jeans. I don’t fit into an extra small. My waist size is 36-38.I have love handles.I don’t even have a nice face to make up for it. But I am me. I’m not changing for anyone but myself.  My only goal is just to BE! I’m done obsessing over my body image. I swear there are days when I just want to stop eating forever. But you know what, this is my body. And it’s just as beautiful as yours because we are ALL beautiful! And if anyone says, “That’s what ugly people say!” it just goes to show how ugly you are motha fuckas! Live your life as yourself and not what society feels you must be.

Now, time to get some work done and this song is begging to be choreographed to. So, I think I’ll do just that!

I’ve establshed a long time ago

that I may just in fact be a pathetic drunk.

And still, I prefer living a brief moment in time being pathetic apposed to whatever route you’ve taken that has lead you to be a pathetic sober individual. What’s your excuse?

I’ve worked for everything I fuckin’ have! ‘Cause God knows a man isn’t going to throw more than some fuckin pocket change at me. Am I an ass hole? Sure. Jaded? You bet. A dick. From time to time. But who I am has got me to where I am now. The fact that I no longer have to ask for an application…

Let’s play a game

Pay a visit to some college dorms. Stand around and count how many students you see. Now count how many African-Americans, Hispanics, & white/non-Hispanics you see. Now here is your key to help sort out your findings:
—-For every 10 African-Americans in a college dorm, there was 30 in prison.
—-For every 10 Latin-Americans in a college dorm, there were 27 in prison.
—-And for every 10 white, non-hispanic Americans in a college dorm, there 5 in prison.

Using your own race, what does our country say about you? Do you have a higher chance of being in a college dorm? Or are more likely to be in a prison cell?

I don’t know your religion, but I can guess that somewhere in it you are taught that all men are created equally. My country says you’re wrong.

I really want to get more serious about being an activist, i feell I need to rid all of te no serious stuff out. Well, not entirely just move it else where to help draw in the crowd I’d like to attract to Maison.

For the time I do have a temporary computer so I should be posting more, thank you tumblets for staying along for the ride!
